Refund Policy

At Only Fams LLC, we are committed to delivering real value in every engagement. We understand that circumstances change, and we want to be transparent about how we handle refund requests and service cancellations. This policy outlines our approach so you know exactly what to expect before entering into any agreement with us.
1. General Refund Policy
Only Fams LLC provides consulting and business support services that involve the investment of time, expertise, and resources from our team. Because of the nature of these services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis with consideration for the work completed, the timeline of the cancellation request, and the specific terms outlined in your service agreement. We encourage open communication and will always work in good faith to reach a fair resolution.
2. Service Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation of services at any time by contacting us in writing at contact@onlyfamsllc.com or by phone at (971) 515-7067. Cancellation requests should include your name, company name, the service being cancelled, and the reason for cancellation. Upon receipt of a cancellation request, we will confirm receipt within two business days and initiate the offboarding process.
For ongoing retainer or monthly service agreements, cancellations submitted at least 14 days before the next billing cycle will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Cancellations submitted with less than 14 days notice may be subject to a final billing cycle charge.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility is determined based on the following criteria:
- Pre-service cancellations: If you cancel before any work has begun, you are eligible for a full refund of any deposit or prepayment, minus any administrative processing fees.
- Early-stage cancellations: If you cancel within the first 7 days of an engagement and minimal work has been performed, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, proportional to the work completed.
- Mid-engagement cancellations: If significant work has been completed, refunds will be prorated based on the percentage of the agreed scope that has been delivered.
- Completed services: No refunds will be issued for services that have been fully delivered and accepted.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Completed consulting sessions, strategy calls, or workshops
- Deliverables that have been provided and accepted by the client
- Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (software subscriptions, tools, vendor fees)
- Rush fees or expedited service charges
- Services cancelled after the completion of a project milestone
5. Customer Requests
We take all refund requests seriously and aim to handle them promptly and fairly. To submit a refund request, please contact us at contact@onlyfamsllc.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Name/Company]." Include a description of the service, the reason for your request, and any relevant documentation. We will review your request and respond within five business days with our determination and next steps.
6. Billing Questions
If you have questions about a charge, invoice, or billing statement, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We are happy to review any billing concerns and correct errors promptly. Billing disputes should be raised within 30 days of the invoice date to ensure timely resolution. After 30 days, invoices are considered accepted and final.
7. Resolution Process
Our goal is to resolve every refund or cancellation request in a way that feels fair to both parties. Our resolution process works as follows:
- Submit your request in writing to contact@onlyfamsllc.com
- We will acknowledge receipt within two business days
- A team member will review the request and assess the work completed
- We will respond with a determination within five business days
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method
- If you disagree with our determination, you may request a secondary review by a different team member
We believe most concerns can be resolved through direct communication. We encourage clients to reach out early if they have any dissatisfaction with our services so we can address issues before they escalate.
8. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We understand that unusual circumstances arise. In cases of documented medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other extraordinary events, we will consider exceptions to our standard refund policy on a case-by-case basis.
